Maxwell Costello has a diverse background covering areas from education, hotel management, financial planning & manufacturing through to Director and Company CEO, and has lived in New Zealand, Australia and England.

His first association with comprehensive cancer treatments started in 1955 when age 11 he was involved with helping his mother care for and nurse a close family friend with a terminal cancer at their home. Mrs Gray used the partially successful salt free diet supported by the then famous 80 year old Dr Eva Hill. In 1956 with his favourite aunt, riddled with cancer and given less than a month to live, he saw her rally and recover, and live more than 40 further years. With these vividly etched on his mind his application for College at the end of 1956 listed his career preference as medical investigator.

Following the diagnosis and later deaths of all 5 close family members to cancer in a decade, he decided to become more involved in working with people suffering from the disease. Success came relatively quickly, and his reputation spread throughout the country gaining the attention of some in the medical profession. Then he was diagnosed with cancer in 1995. Since then, and practising what he preached, he was later cleared of his cancer without having had any medical treatments. His particular focus for both himself and others he has helped has been on a more natural approach and involved much research and investigation.

Working with select Oncologists he has been instrumental in personally financing a pre-trial project which showed merit for further research into both cancer & HIV/AIDS. He is also working with M.E. / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferers & investigating other difficult diseases. Max's strengths are his constant questioning of accepted practise, the ability to see and think beyond usual constraints, a profound belief that there is a better way and the determination to provide that better way now, not in the distant future. With a wealth of ideas and an abundance of enthusiasm Max makes a lasting impression on all who come in contact with him.

Max has written and published books and articles on health issues and has done investigation into many successful futuristic treatment modalities. As a “work-a-holic” needing only limited sleep, he is tireless in his endeavours day and night to improve the lot of those sick, who seek his help from all corners of the globe.

Thankful for the healthy life he has enjoyed having never been hospitalised until the age of 70, when he passed away at night, working on his computer. The coronary arrest is also considered a miracle. For 45 minutes after the ambulance attendants arrived he was not breathing and his heart was not pumping. Then for 10 days he remained in a coma. In 3 months he had made such a miraculous recovery that he was basically back to normal, and when he contacted the ambulance crew to thank them for their work in saving his life, he was invited to make a documentry by a national Television Channel such was his miraculous revival. The senior Ambulance officer said that in 17 years of working with the Ambulance service he had never seen anyone who recovered after 45 minutes being dead. And his special area of expertise is Cardio patients. Max also gives a lot of credit to his son who started CPR immediately, his family and the the lady on the Ambulance Call Service who talked them through process until the ambulance arrived.

This was Max's second brush with death having been diagnosed with cancer in 1995, and using only his tea to get rid of his cancer. He wants others to also enjoy the full and healthy quality of life a balanced body provides.
